Rags2Wags a 501c3, all breed, animal rescue founded in 2012 to help eliminate the killing of animals in US shelters, primarily focusing on the high kill shelters of Southern California. We rescue, rehabilitate & re-home animals to the Pacific Northwest, Oregon, Washington & Canada. We also work to financially support small local rescues & independent rescuers who work in the trenches on a grass roots level to fight for the health, safety & well being of all animals. It is our belief that the passion, hard work & dedication of the grassroots rescue community will be the united force that will win the war on animal abuse/neglect & will usher in the change necessary to allow the United States to graduate to the respectable doctrine of a No-Kill-Nation.
