We are a brand new small pet rescue located in Sachse, Texas.
We provide a safe and caring environment for hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, guinea pigs, and some reptiles most of the time and, though they are less common in our area, chinchillas, degus, rabbits, hedgehogs, and sugar gliders as well.
Our mission is to save animals in need, provide a safe place for families who need to rehome their pets, and spread knowledge about proper small pet care to the members of the communities we serve.
This rescue doesn’t have any adoptable pets right now – check out adoptable pets nearby or start a custom pet search below.

Additional adoption info
Our adoption and applications can be found in the link to our linktree or, if you prefer, you can email us at small.paws.safe.space@gmail.com and we will be happy to send the application to you.
Once you return the completed application to us we will contact you to conduct an interview. You will then have an opportunity to come meet the pets you are interested in adopting. If the meeting goes well and the pet is a good fit for your family we will sign the adoption contract and the nonrefundable adoption fee will be due at that time.
Please note that Small Pet Safe House has a strict policy that bonded animals will not be separated and must be adopted together.
