A HOPE is a dedicated non profit organization working to lessen intake and euthanasia at our local shelters. We pull the neediest pets and bring them up to health and socialization so they can be adoptable.
Our primary focus is not adoptions, but to change mindsets and work towards a better future for our animals. We study local law and practices in order to put things in place which will lay out a life-saving future.
We offer low cost spay/neuter, vaccines, and microchipping services as well as humane education, free pet food, and transport.
We do anything in our power to change the outlook for animals in and around the Florida Panhandle.

Additional adoption info
Please do not email us about animals until you have filled out an application. Our animals go quickly and applications are reviewed first come, first served. Once you are in the queue to be a potential adopter, you will receive an email in which you can respond to with any further questions.
We do not ship or transport animals out of the area. You can live anywhere and adopt from us, but you must make arrangements to come meet and adopt your pet in person.
To adopt an animal, just click the application link (www.ahope4src.com/adoptions) and find the animal you are interested in. Click on the photo of the animal and fill out the application.
Animals may not go home until they are at least 8 weeks old and fixed. Once an animal is ready to go home, you have 48 hours to pick them up. Fees and further information is on our website at www.ahope4src.com/adoptions
