Additional adoption info

Every potential adopter will be scheduled to meet their desired new family member. ART dogs do not leave with adopters at this initial meeting. An ART representative will deliver the dog to it's new home and perform a basic home check upon arriving. An adoption contract will be signed and agreed adoption fee will be paid to Akron Rescue Team at this time. All dogs will arrive home with all current veterinary records, an escape proof martingale collar, 6 foot leash, a bag of food, toys and treats.
