The New Jersey Misfits Canine Rescue

Dog rescue in Frenchtown, NJ

NJMCR was founded in 2018. We are a non breed specific rescue that strives to place former homeless dogs in their furever homes. We do not discriminate against breed, age, or size, and will often take the dogs that are the most overlooked. We are based in NJ with fosters throughout the state and will travel to neighboring states as well. All of our dogs are held for 2 weeks before being available for adoption to insure they are in good health and have been thoroughly vet checked, fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered and microchipped all within the limits of their age. Potential adopters will be expected to complete an application, reference checks and a required home visit before adoption is finalized. Any questions, please feel free to message the page or email us at njmisfitsk9rescue@gmail.com. It’s All About The Dogs!
