BCCA Rescue is a Committee that serves under the BOD for The Bearded Collie Club of America. The Club fiunds our rescue efforts. We have over 50 Coordinators and Volunteers throughout the U.S. who are responsible for their particular geographical region. We are breed specific for Bearded Collies. As a rule we do not take mixes, depending upon the circumstances. We have two national administrators who oversee the program. Few Bearded Collies are found in Rescue because normally a breeder will take them back. We do have some however, about 12 a year.
