You Can Make A Difference, Inc. is the final phase in a journey that began many years ago. After years of aiding other organizations to achieve the goal of preventing animal abuse we decided to create our own organization. It was the realization that only if we stop the birth of unwanted animals that the vicious cycle of animal neglect, abuse and abandoned would eventually be stopped that moved us to establish the organization. We hope that together we can make a difference in the lives of many animals while at the same time educate others in responsible pet parenting. It is time for all who have been touched by the unconditional love that animals can provide to start to "pay forward." Our organization is geared to serve residents in Gadsden County, Florida. Gadsden County is the second poorest county in the state of Florida. There is no animal shelter in the county, only a high kill facility.
