My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Melody and her siblings, along with her mom and older brother, were pulled from a rural high-kill shelter in Georgia, a state where tens of thousands of dogs are dumped on roadsides or abandoned at shelters only to face death by euthanasia because the shelters are already too full. This most adorable Melody is 9 weeks old and only 5 lbs. Our vet believes she'll only be 20-25lbs when full grown, just a perfect size for an active family. Melody is active and fun loving, like most puppies her age, and is pretty independent, but really loves to cuddle! Melody lives up to her name and is a bit of a drama queen (!). She was the only one to squeal when she got recent puppy shot, but snuggled big time immediately when over! Melody has an affinity for music as she loves to sing along with her foster's daughter as she practices her flute! She has gotten very good with potty training using pee pads and a crate .All pups have been given the go ahead by the vet and are ready to fly west to their new families! Melody's adoption fee is $500 and she has had two sets of puppy shots, de-wormed, de-fleaed and very socialized with kids, cats, farm animals and other dogs!
