Meet Thelma! Thelma is about 2-3 years old. She came to us with her daughter Louise, we have made several attempts to contact their owner but he does not seem to want them anymore. Right now she is about 30 pounds but she is a little overweight, her healthy weight would be around 25 pounds. She seems to be good with other dogs and cats, and you should her beg! She sits up pretty and paddles with her front legs, it's adorable! I would love for her to go home with her daughter as they have always been together but it is not necessary.
