My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jazzy is a four year old Beagle/Bull Dog mix. She has been in foster care for the past couple of months because of problems with her ear. While still in foster care, she is now available for adoption.

Jazzy is a very affectionate little girl. At 33 pounds, she’s a little big to be a lap dog, but that is her dream job! She loves her foster mother and sleeps on the pillow with her. She is not as fond of her foster dad. Jazzy generally prefers women over men, but she tolerates men. Originally a puppy mill dog, Jazzy startles easily and can appear skittish. She would probably do best in a home without children. She does get along with and really likes cats. She plays well with her foster dog brother but can be possessive of her foster mom. She has learned to play with toys and enjoys a good game of tug of war!

She is generally house broken, but because her foster family has a doggy door, some patience may be needed. She walks well on a leash and even heels when not on a leash. Jazzy is very content at her foster home but would love to find her forever family for the holidays.
