Skooter is a male Labrador Retriever/Corgi mix only 1 year of age. We think he's got the best of both breeds. He weighs 30 pounds and resembles a miniature yellow Lab since he has the coloring and markings of a Labrador but with shorter legs and a longer torso. It’s a really a cute combination; at first glance most think he is a yellow Lab puppy. Skooter has a friendly, social, outgoing personality. He is even-tempered, gentle and very affectionate. He loves all people, especially kids; maybe because they are more his size. Skooter would be perfect in a home with children so he could be their loyal friend, confidante and playmate. He loves to play and be merry, and his play is always appropriate. He walks gently on a leash and takes treats courteously. Skooter is dog-friendly as well as people-friendly and would fit in nicely in almost any situation where he would bring happiness and love. Skooter is very healthy and is reliably housebroken He is eager to please and responds quickly to commands and corrections. He is ready to go to his forever home today!
Skooter’s adoption donation is $350 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Skooker is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Dan and is ready for his forever home.
