Sally is a female Maltese/Westie mix only 1 year of age. She is a lovely, feminine young dog with gorgeous buttery cream color fur that is wavy and low/non-shedding. Her body is sturdy and compact and her feathery tail curls up beautifully over her back. Sally weighs 15 pounds and might gain a few more to reach her ideal weight. She is smart, friendly, and very affectionate. Sally loves people and is great with children. She adores sitting snuggled close to be stroked and loves to give little kisses. She has a bouncy trot and enjoys showing off when she's happy. Sally is playful and will get very amusing and silly when presented with a new toy. She gets along well with other dogs and likes gentle tussling and games of chase. Sally is a merry, healthy young dog. She is smart, curious, and cutely perky. She was brought in stray to a very high-kill shelter after apparently being struck by a car. Sally was very shaken, in a highly neglected condition, but thankfully suffered no damage. It is likely that Sally has had an extremely rough past because of her condition upon her arrival to the shelter. For instance, she will get scared if you attach a leash to her collar and pull on her neck. She is a dog that must be walked on a harness only. Sally is very loyal to those she knows and she will be capable of a devoted, true love for her new owners. She is eager to please and wants to be loved and cherished. Sally is truly delightful inside the home, well-mannered, and continues to blossom. Once you meet this beautiful dog, you will be hooked. She goes straight to the heart, we promise! Sally is looking for her new forever home today.
Sally’s adoption donation is $350 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
