My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duke is a 4 year old neutered male Whippet/Terrier mix. He is very sweet, a great medium size, and an awesome medium energy. He needs a little work on his leash walking but seems to do good with other dogs. He was turned over to our shelter because he is a bit of an escape artist, so if you are interested in adopting be sure you have a secure yard or plan on leash walking only. He's a really great guy!

$116 Adoption Fee.

SHELTER HOURS: 1:00pm – 6:00pm Monday - Thursday; 11:00am – 4:00pm Friday and Saturday; 1pm-4pm Sunday. We welcome adoptions from people living out of the area or outside the state of Virginia. The application process is completed in person at the shelter.
