My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Sterling. My foster mom called me that because I have a silver-blue undercoat that makes me shine like sterling silver. I am a mutt, and although we think there is Pit bull in me, I am mixed with other breeds as well. My mom says my most unique feature is my eyes. They really make me stand apart from other dogs.

I am very active, and love attention. I don't like my crate too much, but I do like that red toy she puts in the crate with me. It has peanut butter in it! I am still trying to figure out how to walk on a leash. That is tricky! I do go potty outside, but I am still young and may have some accidents along the way.

I would do best with an active family who has the time and patience to teach me to be a good puppy as I grow older, and bigger. I wouldn't like being by myself in a crate all day because I live for running and playing.

I am very curious, love all people and dogs, and want to play with everyone.
