Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Fletcher is located in the St. Charles, IL area**
We are in desperate need of a very special person; someone who is very dog savvy, possibly an obedience trainer, or someone with a lot of obedience and animal behavior experience.
If this is not you, maybe you know of someone; a friend, relative, co worker or acquaintance with these qualities.
Fletcher is a great dog with people, and can be a great dog in general with the right person in charge. He is dog aggressive. He has been through excellent training and has shown how well behaved he can be with other dogs under the guidance of a good trainer. Once in the hands of your everyday dog lover without experience, he starts to revert back to his aggressive behavior.
Fletcher was recently returned from an adopters home because he did not get along with her other two dogs and she did not understand how to handle Fletcher. He is in boarding at this time, which is not ideal. Most likely he will need to be re-trained or at least have a refresher course.
In the right hands he would truly be a wonderful dog. He would excel in obedience, agility or many other canine pursuits. He just needs the right person to bring out those qualities and keep his training in place.
Fill out an adoption application at http://www.illinoisanimalrescueinc.org/adoption-application/view/form.html.
All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on their vaccinations, heartworm tested if age appropriate; treated for fleas/ticks and urgently awaiting adoption!
The dogs and cats are so very appreciative of your support. Together we can save these forsaken loving 'innocents' who are condemned to death.
