Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Zack! I am a Mal-a-nuff cross (maybe some Akita in there), and I must be a really lucky dog because a nice lady saw what a bad situation I was in and she found a way to bring me to safety. Now she is asking for help to find a very, very nice home for me. I am a senior boy, so I am looking for a family that doesn’t need me to run a marathon, but I certainly love my daily walks. I might be older, but I am still strong, and I am a good boy on leash. I never show any signs of aggression to other dogs when on my daily walks and I am good with the two little Pomeranians that live with me. But I am a lot bigger than they are, so my new friend is cautious about letting me get too rough when we play. I love, love, love my squeaky toys and chew bones. I am housetrained and I am a quiet boy, like mals are supposed to be. I love to be brushed and petted and I especially love the nice lady that saved me. Because of this, I get a little scared when she is out of my sight, but I am getting better about it. I am doing well with crate training; I like the secure feeling it gives me. My new friends think that in my distant past someone did care for me because I am very well behaved and a gentleman. I love to be in the house with my new friends and am so thankful for their kindness.

Zack is neutered and up to date on inoculations. He is a wonderful gentle dog and simply needs a loving home in his senior years. We are not familiar with his behavior regarding cats, so discretion would be advised. Moonsong is assisting with the placement of Zack, so please fill out our application.
