WATCH MY VIDEO! Indy is a 3 ½ month old, female blue fawn Pit Bull/Beagle mix. At least that is our best guess.. She currently weighs 10 lbs and will be about 25 lbs once full grown. Indy was rescued from the South LA animal shelter on the eve of 4th of July, which is why we named her “Indy” short for Independence.

Indy is a very LOVING puppy with a gentle sweet nature about her. She is very affectionate and cuddly and will ever so gently lay her head in your lap and close her eyes when you pet her. She will follow you around the house and look up at you to make sure that she stays focused and in tune with you. She does not try to mouth you and does not jump up. Her overall demeanor is polite and pleasant. Indy is extremely smart and learned to sit the very first time I asked her.

Indy is well socialized with other dogs both big and small and has nice appropriate dog to dog manners She loves to fetch and is quite proud of herself when she can bring her toy back to you. She has a medium energy level and is not a barker.

Indy has a nice start on all the puppy basics. She has been introduced to car rides and does wonderfully. She walks on a harness nicely and even goes hiking with the other dogs. She has started on her housebreaking and is doing well for her age. She minds well and the fact that she has great eye contact and focus on her person will make her easy to train. We are hoping a wonderful family/person comes along to give Indy a lifetime of love and security.
