Meet me on Saturday, August 31, 2013 between the hours of noon to 4 pm at Petsmart, Yorba Linda, Savi Ranch Shopping Center, 5521 Mirage Street, adjacent to the 91 freeway and in the same parking lot as Staples.Hudson was surrendered to a vet clinic when a good Samaritan brought him in after being hit by a car. He was microchipped but it took over 24 hours to get a hold of the owner, who never registered the chip. The owner didn't want him back and really didn't care what was going to happen to him. Lucky for Hudson, a staff worker who has a big heart decided he was worth saving and got him the surgery to fix his leg. He has a broken femur, pelvis and the leg was dislocated. He needed an orthopedic surgeon to repair his leg. His other leg was fractured as well. With crate rest, good foster care and a good attitude, Hudson is now ready for his furever home. He is a slim. tall, under 25# 7 month old puppy. He is currently living with other dogs and has been around cats and kids. He still has a funny walk but he can run around and keep up with everyone else. He is neutered, microchipped, fecal tested negative and has been dewormed. Hudson has no idea he was ever broken (although he is very cautious about cars), he plays well with the chihuahuas and pit bulls in his foster home, he can run like the rest and keep up with the big dogs, preferring them to the littles. Hudson has been fostered with cats and dogs and fits in everywhere. He is a good kid who deserves a home of his own.
