Here's what the humans have to say about me:
TIPPER: 1 year old dachshund / rat terrier mix 10 lbs good with other dogs/people/older kids/cats
"It's nearly impossible to resist hugging Tipper when you meet her. It's not only her pert face, bright black eyes and shiny coat which will attract you; it's her aura of vulnerability and sensitivity that makes you want to protect her and keep her from harm. She's unsure of new people so is hesitant upon initial introductions; but once she knows she can trust you, she gives her love and devotion absolutely. If you befriend Tipper, you'll never be lonely as she'll be right at your heels or by your side or in your lap ... the closer the better, as far as she's concerned. Therefore, in order to be happiest, she would prefer to be adopted by someone who doesn't leave her alone for long periods. Because she is timid and accustomed to having other dogs around, she would adjust to a new home more easily if she had a canine companion with whom she could explore and play. At 1-year-old and 10 lbs, she's a great size and a great age. Because of her shyness, being around young children would probably overwhelm her. Tipper's adoption fee is $200; she's spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations."
