My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Penny. This baby girl was found cowering underneath a car in downtown LA. Covered in fleas and positively emaciated, she came right to us timidly, and breathed a huge sigh of relief the second we lifted her into our arms.

Penny is truly a survivor. When we found her, she only weighed 3.4 pounds, and was so fragile. She is currently putting on some much-needed weight in her amazing foster home, and each day comes out of her shell a bit more.

Penny is about 1-2 years old, and is full-grown but emaciated, so will likely be closer to 5 or 6 pounds once she's completely healthy. She has the gentlest disposition...she likes kids and is currently being fostered with a pit-lab mix, who she adores and follows around. She loves being held, and cuddling in her bed with lots of blankets.

This little girl is beyond angelic, and is so deserving of the most wonderful forever home. She's the perfect lap dog and carry-along companion. If you're interested in meeting Penny, please complete application below - you won't regret it!
