My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Arlene is a great medium size dog (about 35 lbs). Outgoing, confident, friendly.She is staying at a clinic after being sprung from the pound. We couldn't bear for her to be at the shelter any longer. We felt she would be easily adopted for her good looks, her fun ways, her companionship and loyalty. She's never met a stranger she didn't like. She has the sweet dignity of the whippet and the classic looks of a doberman or rather, the smaller, miniature pinscher, even though she is a medium sized fine dog. Most of all, she is a wonderful dog, for sure. Our resident trainer noted her fondness for people and other dogs and her very willing nature to be pleased. Our trainer also wanted everyone to know that her good natured disposition is evident when she rolls over gracefully and easily, a position of good will and surrender. She is focused, calm and lovely. She is gentle and kind. We give her highest ranking as a companion dog.She has almost finished her heartworm treatment and fully vetted by one of Jackson's best clinics.
