Billy is a 6mth old neutered male Sheltie/ Rat Terrier mix. He currently weighs 11 lbs. He has a beautiful blue eye and a brown eye. Billy loves people. He will follow you around and ask to be picked up. He truly wants to be a pampered lap dog. He does fine with children. He is good with other dogs and cats but is a little fearful when first meeting a new dog. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $100.
