My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet adorable Oli. This poor, tiny little guy was on his last day at the shelter - no one was ever allowed to view him for adoption because he was so matted and underweight that he was never allowed outside of the medical kennels. Thanks to an amazing volunteer who was not going to let anything happen to this baby boy, he is now safe and sound and excited to find his forever home!

We can't say enough how wonderful Oliver is. He is housetrained, walks great on a leash, hasn't yet barked that we have seen, and loves EVERYONE-kids, people, cats, dogs, you name it. Based on his charming disposition, you'd never know that in his short life he's known nothing but fear. He is an absolute love and is already coming out of his shell, prancing around in the yard with his foster brothers and loving his freedom!

Oliver is a small dog - he was underweight and malnourished when we found him, but has put on a few healthy pounds and should be no larger than 10 pounds fully grown! He loves to play with his foster brother and sister, and loves snuggle and is the ultimate lap dog. He'd do great in a home with kids as long as his petite stature is taken into consideration.

He is a gorgeous, black and white shihtzu/maltese mix. A happy, snuggly little pup, Oli will make his forever family very, very happy!
