Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Julian and I'm what they call a 'Powder Puff' Chinese Crested. I'm not a Poodle, but since we are similar, my foster mom said that some people don't know about my breed and more people could see me if she listed Poodle too. My foster mom says that I'm a Rock Star! She also said I look like one because of my crazy hair, so I guess I am ;) I'm about 2 years old and I weigh 13 lbs. My previous owner used to use me for breeding. She kept me in her house all of the time and I never got to go anywhere. Now when my foster takes me places I get nervous and hang on to her, but I'm really starting to like the attention. I have a quirky personality and my foster mom says that I crack her up, especially when I try to bark. My foster brother and I like to play, but he makes me work for it sometimes, so I try to get him going by 'barking'. Unfortunately, my breed can't really bark so it sounds like I'm coughing. I don't care, I try anyway :) I have all of my vaccines, I am Heart worm negative, I have a microchip and I'm neutered. My adoption donation is $425.00.
