My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This boy’s name should be LYON! He looks like a big, white LION! He is absolutely HUGE! Ransomond is not for the beginner dog owner. He is long and tall and strong and will need a tall fenced in yard to make sure this nibble boy won’t skip town. Despite his massive size, Ransomond is also sweet, teachable, and very impressive. At only 9 months old, he should be young enough to mold into your household and adjust to your daily routine.

Come meet Ransomond in person at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Ransomond’s adoption fee is $85 which includes his neuter surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Ransomond is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
