My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tater is my name, loving you is my game. I don’t know why my people surrendered me to a high kill shelter just for talking to the neighbor’s dog (they call it barking). My foster Mom says I don’t bark excessively and she says I was only trying to get the other dog to come play cause I was lonely being left outside all day.
I get along with other dogs extremely well, also cats, and livestock. I am wonderful with all children, as I love everyone. I am sweet, friendly, housebroken and crate trained. I love taking walks, and enjoy car rides. I like playing with soft/squeaky toys, as well as Kongs and balls. Most of all, I like sitting in laps and loving on my people.
A nice lady rescued me, had me tested for heartworm (happy I am negative), made sure all my vaccinations are up to date, and microchipped me. She also gives me preventatives for heartworms and those nasty fleas & ticks.. I have a cute under bite and a really nice coat.. I think I weigh about 25 pounds. I know I am fully grown. My birthday is March 8, 2011.
