Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone, I’m Charcoal! I’m a super sweet girl, but like most bunnies I get a little nervous around strangers. I’m just afraid I might get hurt. I warm up very quickly though and like to be held! I can’t wait to find my forever home!
Charcoal was transferred to the shelter from the Shawano County Humane Society
Like the majority of rabbits, hay is the most important part of the diet. We feed mainly Timothy Hay, but rabbits also like alfalfa, clover, and orchard grass. They also like veggies, like carrots and dark, leafy green vegetables. This is in addition to rabbit pellets.
Cages should have solid floors, because wire bottoms will make their feet very sore.
You can place a litter box in the corner of the cage the rabbit likes to use to relieve itself, and they will likely train themselves to use it
