My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Heeere's Tommy! Tommy is a spunky Boston/bulldog mixed puppy estimated to be 8 months to a year old. He came from a shelter in rural West Virginia and was found as a stray. We don't think he has lived in a house before, but is learning "house rules" in his foster home. Tommy gets along with other dogs, but plays sort of rough, so he probably needs mates that are not seniors. We think he would be best suited for a family with older children because of his exuberance.

Tommy would really benefit from obedience training, although his foster mom, who has been in the show ring with dogs, is working with him. He is getting better on his house-training. He is getting more used to a crate, but doesn't like it. He pulls on a leash and an anti-pull harness would help. But you have to watch him because he has chewed through a couple of harnesses. Good strong chew toys would be in order! Also, he would benefit from lots of exercise to expend his energy.
