A lady should never leave home without her compact…...Her compact dog, that is. Meet Amelia, a lovely little girl who has all the perks of being a big dog in a neat little “compact” 30 pound package. Amelia is only about a year old. She is just a bit shy upon first introductions, but once she gets to know you, she is a truly loveable little gal. The shelter staff say she is the sweetest dog in the whole place. According to them, Amelia is very gentle, loves to be petted, is always smiling, and never barks. Now top all this off with a stylish, slick, easy care, toffee colored coat and you have the “perfect” Southern Lady.
Come meet Amelia for yourself at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.
Amelia’s adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Amelia is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
