This precious, pretty lady has a sweet, calm temperament and is well on her way back to normal weight. She was literally starving to death when a deputy happened to see her during an arrest. "River" truly deserves a great forever home. She will be loving and grateful to her person or family. Her home must have adequate arrangements for her safety when outside.
