My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Rita (aka “Julie”) is an adorably small baby girl who looks like she has maybe Norfolk terrier/ Havanese/ shih-Tzu in her…

She is scruffy little doll who is just under 1 year old. She is also housebroken and crate trained!

Because of her breed, Rita is most likely a great for people with allergies to dogs – and she does not shed hardly at all, so she will be easy to keep clean, too!

Norfolk Terriers are alert, active, energetic, fearless, feisty, sociable and charming. She is not yappy and loves everyone! She is loyal, devoted, and loving, and will want to be included in family life and activities. And Shih-Tzus make great, easy to care for companions, too – Rita is a just a great blend!

She is a very well socialized, loving little puppy who wants to be a lap dog and is playful, great with my other doggies, and funny as heck with kitties. She also LOVES to dress up, which makes her such a joy to have around!

She is wonderful with children – not at all snappy and she is wonderfully tolerant.


Rita is, of course, spayed, up to date on all of her shots, and ready for her forever home.


If you are looking for a great addition to your family, I think Little Rita would be a wonderful companion for anyone.
