Wilma is such fun and probably one of the most unique and charming looking dogs you’ve ever seen. She is a low-rider, muscular and sturdy, with a definite Bassett hound body and a mismatched head. She is about 46#.

She is a super sweet, affectionate love bug who is happy all the time and her tail is always wagging like crazy. She adores people and can’t get enough loving and hugs. She thinks snuggling is a really great thing to do!

Wilma loves strangers and cozies right up, giving kisses to everyone who tells her how cute she is. She is a fairly laid-back, low-maintenance dog who really appreciates the basics in life and only wants a comfortable home and a loving family. Lounging in the sun is a favorite pastime so she would love a fenced yard to hang out in.

Wilma enjoys outings and is well behaved in public but she is strong and does need a fit owner who can take her for nice walks. She isn’t crazy about other dogs so she would be best in a one dog household. Wilma has spent her entire life with her brother, Wendell, and is most happy with him.
