~ ADOPTION PENDING ~ Elmo is a male Scottish Terrier/Poodle puppy only 6 months old. He currently weighs 10 pounds and has thick, fluffy black fur and a white diamond on his chest. His fur appears to be very low to non-shedding. Elmo has been professionally groomed and we are told he was a very good boy for his first day at the beauty parlor. Elmo is a fun little dog, loaded with personality, very bright and alert. Elmo loves people and is extremely interactive. He loves playing with other dogs or toys, or simply being silly at the park. He is the kind of dog that will enjoy meeting people and doing things about town with his family. He is always friendly and his tail has not stopped wagging since we rescued him from the shelter. Elmo was brought in stray to a very high-kill shelter. He is a healthy boy, already very good with his potty training, and well behaved inside the home. His main focus is the people and he always wants to be in the middle of the action. Elmo is great with kids and with other dogs. He walks proudly on leash and will wave his paws in the air to get your attention. Elmo is still a baby in a lot of ways and can be shaped into exactly the kind of dog you want him to be. He is just so eager to please. He will do well in a family that wants a playful, sweet puppy dog. He likes other dogs, but does not need another dog to feel secure. Elmo is well adjusted and his sweet face and big brown eyes will melt your heart the second you meet him. Elmo is looking for a warm, loving home he can count on. He is ready for his new forever family today!
Elmo’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Elmo is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
