My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was an owner surrender to a Wyoming shelter. They claimed my mother was a Samoyed and my father was a Pitt Bull but you can’t tell by looking at me. I got my name because I am just a “hoot”! I am not afraid of anything and I want to play with everybody. I was born in late May so I am about 8 weeks old.
