Watson is a very loving and happy one-and-a half-year-old Cocker Spaniel/Bichon Frise mix who was rescued after a good Samaritan witnessed Watson being dumped in the orange groves by his owners, and left to fend for himself. Watson is a very human-oriented dog who primarily enjoys just sitting and hanging out with you. He is generally a quiet dog who loves to give kisses. Watson is a great size; he is a medium-sized dog, weighing 27 lbs……a very handsome boy! Watson is content just being with his people. While he is fine with other dogs, his main focus is the humans. He is currently living in a foster home with four dogs, two cats and an African Tortoise, and he does not bother any of them. Watson just loves to be wherever you are. He enjoys his crate and goes in and out throughout the day. Sometimes, he will get into the toy box and get a few toys to play with, either by himself or seeks someone (human) who will play with him. Watson walks well on the leash, is house-trained and crate-trained. He does not mark in the house; he also does not shed. Watson has on occasion been known to “resource protect” either a raw hide chew, his crate, or a pet bed from the other dogs, so for this reason, we would prefer a home with no young children. Watson is a great dog who is seeking human companionship and a home where he can be that special boy to someone who will love him and appreciate his loving nature. His best fit would be in a home with a girl dog to keep company with when the human folks are away from home, or in a home where he does not have to be all alone for extended periods of time or on a regular basis.

Watson is neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, and micro-chipped. If you are interested in Watson, please contact Angel’s Heart Dog Rescue at: adopt@angelsheartdogrescue.com.
