~ADOPTION PENDING~ Lincoln is a male Bichon Frise / Havanese mix only 1 year old. He has an incredibly soft, fluffy fur coat that is snowy white with a few apricot highlights on his head. This darling 14 pound boy’s fur is truly like velvet, and even our groomer commented on what a gorgeous, thick, high quality coat Lincoln has. Lincoln has been professionally groomed and we are told that was very well behaved during his beauty session. He has an adorable cropped tail that sticks out in back just like a bunny rabbit. Lincoln is young, playful, and very friendly. He is outgoing with other dogs and affectionate with people. He rides well in the car and is a good boy out in public. Lincoln is very quiet and we have yet to hear him bark. He seems so eager to please his people and will do anything to fit in and be included. Lincoln will thrive in a home where he is given consistent love and attention so that he can feel more secure about his surroundings. He is a little confused about where he belongs and his eyes seem sad from losing his home. Lincoln was brought in stray to the shelter and got our attention with his social, friendly, happy, tail-wagging personality. Even in the shelter, he was always at the front of the kennel waiting for people to go by so he could wag his tail and lick their hands. Lincoln is a real sweetheart and we are still amazed that he somehow ended up in one of the most overcrowded, high kill shelters around. Lincoln obviously deserves more and at only 1 year old he has tons of potential. He promises to make a fantastic family pet and companion.
Lincoln's adoption donation is $350 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Lincoln is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Lara and is ready for his forever home.
