In Scrappy Doo's infamous words....PUPPY POWER! Halfpint, an extremely cute female 14 week old Yorkie & Pekingese mix, is 3 pounds of all puppy. Her days since being rescued from a breeding facility consist of a constant cycle of playing, eating, sleeping, and pottying. She has been an absolute joy in her foster home and gets along very well with her canine and feline foster siblings. Due to her petite size, her foster mom believes her ideal home would have at least another small canine playmate and no small children. Halfpint is in the process of being vaccinated and will need a special forever family that understands her potential special needs. Although she was given to the rescue due to hydro encephelitis (water on the brain) and her soft spot not fusing, she has a great prognosis. She shows no signs of any special needs and is expected to lead a normal doggy life. Halfpint is learning how to walk on a leash, puppy pad training, and most importantly, that toes and fingers are not chew toys.
