Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jackson is a very happy boy and his smile is contageous. Everywhere he goes, he is the center of attention. If he had a nickel for every time someone told him what a "cool dog" he is, he'd have enough money to buy himself a nice new squeaky toy. :) Jackson loves being around people and he is very eager to please. He is extremely intelligent and has limitless potential when it comes to training. His greatest joy in life is playing with his his squeaky toys. He carries one in his mouth wherever he goes! Jackson has a moderate amount of energy and would benefit from a fenced yard and regular walks. He loves to chase a ball and enjoys trips to the dog park. He is very friendly with all people and gets along great with other dogs and cats. Jackson was rescued from a high kill shelter on his euthanasia day. He tested positive for heart worms and thankfully, Friends of Retrievers stepped in and provided the life saving treatment he needed. Jakson is 5 years old and weighs 18 lbs.
