"What's up, folks? Gotta minute? Wanna hear a poem? "In form and feature, face and limb, I grew so like my brother/That folks got takin' me for him and each for one another...."
This poem does go on and on, but neither you nor I have the time. My former folks, the McDonalds, lived on a pig farm and had a portrait of their favorite porkie hanging in the livingroom. It was captioned "What is time to a pig?"
I studied that portrait and often contemplated time: "Had we but world enough, and time...." Time is a Marvell-ous word that means hours and days in which Cody and I can spend chasing round things that roll, feathery things that fly, furry things that burrow.
In the midst of our play though, tempus fugit, and "at my back I always hear Time's winged chariot drawing near."
It's time for us to love and be loved, be partners in a forever family, and spend our days in pursuit of a happy adventure together. Cody and I are waiting--
for you.
