My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gemma is a very beautiful, two-year-old, 60-pound, female, Pointer/Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Gemma is well-trained and already knows the commands sit, down and shake. She also takes treats very nicely from your fingers. Gemma is an energetic and playful girl who was found as a stray and wound up at a shelter where she was to be euthanized, but thankfully she was saved by Lucky Dog Rescue.

Gemma is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. For more information on Gemma or to get an adoption application emailed to you, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue. Gemma is currently living in a foster home in Chicago, IL and would love to find a forever family to call her own!
