Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Red is a very sweet, cuddly and gentle, five-year-old, nine-pound, male Min Pin/Rat Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Red came into rescue weighing a whopping 17 pounds. He could barely move. He’s being fostered by a personal trainer and within four months has lost eight pounds through diet and exercise. Red loves other dogs; he is living with two pit bulls and a Chihuahua and he gets along with everyone. He is also great on walks and good in the car. He’s a quirky little guy who hides his toys all over his foster home, and dig up bugs in the backyard. He’s a bit shy when he first meets you, but he does love everyone – including children. Red sleeps with his foster family in bed and enjoys snuggling under the covers. Red is well-behaved in the home. He is housebroken, crate-trained, and pee-pad trained. To meet and possibly adopt Red, please complete an application at www.projectrescuechicago.org/adoption-application and follow up by contacting Bridgid at Project Rescue Chicago at info@projectrescuechicago.org or 312-623-0939. His adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of PRC. Red is healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm-tested. He even had his teeth cleaned.
