My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chewbacca (AKA Chewey) - 3 year old male Miniature Schnauzer/Brussel Griffon. Ok we're not sure what else besides schnauzer is in Chewbacca. He got his name because of his resemblance to the Star Wars character. We rescued him that same time we pulled a couple of schnauzers from an LA County shelter. Chewbacca is a very loyal little guy who LOVES his people... he is his foster mom's shadow. He is good with other dogs but much prefers the people. Chewbacca is approximately 12 pounds.

Our adoptions are restricted to residences of the Los Angeles, CA area. We do not ship animals nor do we do any type of long distance adoptions. See Our Adoption Policies for more details on our adoption policies.

Our Adoption Fairs are held every Saturday at the PETCO located at 537 N. PCH Redondo Beach CA 90277 from noon-4:00pm. It is best to come before 3:00pm to allow time to visit with the dogs.
