Cuda and his littermates Pasley, Doc, Nero, Page, Gillie, Doolie and Remmy were born on June 12th. It's a miracle they are here on this web site! The mother, Jada a beautiful brindle hound mix, was scheduled to be spayed in April, but her surgery was cancelled because she was heartworm positive. At that time there was no medication available to cure her heartworm, so her foster mother waited another month. Then her foster mom noticed her getting fatter and fatter and that she was indeed pregnant. Our best guess by the looks of the puppies is that daddy could have been a Rottweiler. Cuda is the largest of the puppies. He is a born leader. He is very curious about new toys and places and is the first to explore and try new things.
To help Cuda get acclimated to his new home, the adoption fee includes 1 complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.
