My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Oliver and I'm about 5 months old male Shih Tzu Mix with Haveness and I weigh about 6 lbs. I'm a special needs little puppy because I have a liver shunt. Not sure what kind I have yet, but will know in a few weeks. Someone found me abandoned in front of a laundry mat in a box. I was then taken to the shelter in hopes that a wonderful family would adopt me. After I was rescued from the shelter a few days later I had a seizure and was rushed to the emergency vet and they ran some tests to find out why I had a seizure and it was determined I had a liver shunt. So now I'm on a special diet which is a low protein diet so I won't have any seizures. I'm a very sweet little boy and love to play with toys and other little dogs. I need special food called ID and a couple of other special medications to keep me from having seizures. I'm updated on all my shots, microchiped and neutered.
