This cute and very sweet dog needs a foster or adoptive home. Sweets' owner died and he hopes to find that very special person that would give him a loving home.

We think Sweets is an alien from another planet who decided he wanted to enjoy living with the human race for a good dog's life. We believe he's impersonating a cute American Bulldog / Whippet Mix. Sweets would fit in almost every environment. He's relaxed, loves to cuddle and to go for walks. He's handsome, intelligent and sweetly responsive to training. He is a senior dog at approx 8 years old but he's not a boring dog at all. He loves to be with people of all ages and be taken to an outdoors cafe where he can meet people or for a good walk in the park. Sweets is very popular among young people -- artists, musicians... and very well liked by his neighbors where he has resided. Sweets is people focused and toy & treat motivated. Once he's stretched his long legs, he can chill with the best of them. Crashes out early at night and just loves his bed -- he's house trained and doesn't need to be crated. Sweets has a zest for life, an affinity for ropes and branches, and wouldn't turn down an opportunity to lounge around in the sun (with sunscreen, of course!). Children over 7 are fine. He gets along with other friendly dogs and his best friend is a kitten. Sweets is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and all the good stuff.
