My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is sweet & gentle Rocky; he's a 1 1/2 year old black & tan coonhound / pointer mix. He's a bit thin now but we're working on fattening him up; his 'fighting weight' will be around 70 lbs. He's fantastic with other dogs and will do best in a home with a canine companion with whom he can play and pal around with. We got Rocky from a shelter where he was having a really hard time; his shy and unassuming personality just wasn't suited for a loud and crowded environment. He's flourishing in his foster home where he gets consistent affection and attention; it's wonderful watching him gain confidence and learn that he really is lovable! He's crate and potty trained. Rocky's adoption fee is $100; he's neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations.
