My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dover is a sweet and very playful seven year old yorkie mix. He absolutely LOVES other dogs so we hope to find him a forever home with at least one canine brother or sister. Dover has come a long way in the short time he has been with us and has grown leaps and bounds in his confidence. Dover was one of 26 dogs from a hoarding situation. Animal control had confiscated the dogs and poor Dover was absolutely petrified in the shelter environment. He has certainly blossomed here at Cedar Farm and now it is time for him to find a forever home. Please come meet Dover to see what a wonderful little fellow he is. The lucky family that adopts him is sure to be rewarded with a wonderful affectionate companion. Dover is wonderful on leash and enjoys casual walks around the neighborhood. In addition to really loving other dogs he also is wonderful with cats. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Dover has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. He is microchipped and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. He weighs 11 lbs.
