THIS IS ZIGGY....a 16 lb, 1.5 yr old, white Westie/Maltese mix....who has an incredibly sweet and playful personality and yes, all three pictures are him!! He was adopted from the OC Shelter by a loving family who have an autistic child and a cat....and Ziggy and the cat could not see paw to paw....so they made the heartbreaking decision to find a new home for him and Stardust (who they adopted together). They made the unfortunate choice to advertise them on Craig's List and adopted them to a woman who swore to love them forever. Instead, her plan was to adopt and give them to a friend who wanted two dogs...but her friend changed her mind, leaving Ziggy and Stardust homeless. We got the call and could not let these two adorable dogs go back to the shelter. They don't need to be placed together...they just need to go to a home where there is another, small, playful dog! Ziggy is smart and seems to be potty trained (no guarantees). He is leashed trained and even knows a few commands, like 'sit, stay, come and high 5' !! The ideal home for Ziggy will have a canine companion to play with, a devoted family to fun around with him and maybe even take him running....and a forever home that will love him till his dying day! This is a special boy....kissy, loving and happy.
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

First Sunday of the month, we hold our adoption events at The Healthy Spot West Hollywood (8525 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, 90069) from 11am-3pm. Most every other Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 10:30a-3pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
