My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HI everyone! My name is Reilly and I’m full of love and energy! Toys, tug of war, playing with my doggy friends, cuddling...these are a few of MY favorite things! Oh wait, I should probably tell you a little about my story first! You’ve probably noticed by now that my fur looks a bit “different.” Well, that’s because I had a horrible case of mange (Demodex, non-contagious) and I found myself on the euthanasia list at the county shelter. My friends from M.A.I.N stepped in to rescue me and I’m currently recovering in a wonderful foster home. My coat is coming in nicely now (if I do say so myself) and I’m ready to put myself out there and find my fur-ever home! I’m a very good girl; I sleep through the night and go through the doggy door and potty outside. I really love my humans and I’m looking forward to broadening my horizons and meeting some new people. I can be a bit shy at first, but with lots of love, I’m sure I can come out of my shell! Do I sound like a good match for you?! Set up a meet-and-greet with me; who knows, maybe one day I’ll be one of YOUR favorite things! My adoption fee is $150.
