Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gemma had her three puppies in a shelter and there she cared for them until we could get them here. She raised her little darlings in the comfort and safety of rescue. The puppies still aren't old enough to be adopted but Gemma is rarin' to go! We were told that she is a maltipoo and I can definitely see the maltese in her, not so sure on the poodle part. We had her groomed and I think that she looks so cute in a short cut but I have included the picture sent to us from the shelter when her coat was long, too. She started out just a little shy but she knows that she is safe now and enjoys attention from her foster mom. Gemma gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home and she knows how to use the doggie door. Gemma is a pretty young girl, maybe 2 years old at the most. She weighs 9 pounds. Gemma is spayed, heartworm negative, on heartworm/flea preventative, had a light dental cleaning and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.UPDATE: We DNA tested one of Gemma's pups and it seems that she is a maltese/schnauzer mix. I know! Wacky, right?
